 I ate 3 eggs white some spinach with white mushroom for breakfast and also had 1 scp whey standard

 I ate this meal 2 times and each time I have myself some strawberries.  Around 5ish I had another scp of Whey Gold Standard along with some green mango and strawberries.

Lastly for dinner I have this: rice porridge with chicken and bean spout and some chili.  I ate 2 bowl of this small bowl but eating in increments so I can slow down my eating and get full quicker.

Overall I think I did pretty well today, ate right and healthy did my arms work out yesterday.
