Had 1 scp of this and an apple for breakfast.
Ate this at around 4ish and another scp of whey standard protein
I ate this 3 times 12pm, another at 3pm, and last one at 6pm.
Ate 2 bowl of this at 8ish feeling hungry bowl is SMALL not those big bowl I only had a little rice mostly the soup and the vegi. Meat is actually pork I know its bad.
Like every night drink this before I go to bed: 1 scoop.
Overall I did pretty well today and its actually my work out tonight too that is why I had a little rice so I have a little carb to push me a bit. My work out usually in the morning but I been really busy due to Lunar New Year coming up, so I have to do it at night around 9ish or 10ish.
