About 3 hours later I had 2 small bowl of tofu, egg(onion), and rice. Total I ate was about half bowl of rice, 2 tofu, and about that amount of eggs.
3 Hours later I had an Apple and 1 scp of Whey Gold standard protein. Then another 1 hour later I had this bowl of noodle looks big but its really small.
Over all today was bad usually I would eat about 2-3 meal with chicken breast and broccoli/spinach. I guess today I wasn't prepare, hopefully tomorrow I will make 2 of this meal and bring with me to work.
