Ate this at 3pm and 6pm(2 dish). Chicken breast, broccoli, and baby carrots
Had this for dinner at 9pm. I know I know its bad just white rice with 1 whole egg and some grounded lean meat.
I had a total of 2 scp of protein powder. 1 in morning and the other one at around 4 ish. I also had 2 apples along with the 2 drinks.
Drank a scp of this before I sleep its basically Casein.
Overall I did pretty well the whole day except for late at night where I decided to push down the last bowl of rice and egg I feel really bad and horrible.
