jan 30, 2011

 haha you probably can't really tell but its 3 egg white scrambled with mushrooms I had this and 1 scp of whey standard.
 I ate 3 dish of this but the 2 other dish I didn't eat the yams potato(reason is because I got the wrong one Sweet potato and Yam are 2 different thing).  Then around 5ish I had 1 scp of Whey Standard and 1 cup of blue berries.
Once again I ate this small bowl: some kind of soup my aunt cooked I had it seems healthy ate 2 small bowl of this along with Cha some kind of vietnamese pork sausage that they give out during Tet. Iono

Overall I did pretty bad today I ate what i posted up but I also ate something I wasn't suppose to come kind of rice cracker I ate like a fist size and some chili beef jerky.

 I ate 3 eggs white some spinach with white mushroom for breakfast and also had 1 scp whey standard

 I ate this meal 2 times and each time I have myself some strawberries.  Around 5ish I had another scp of Whey Gold Standard along with some green mango and strawberries.

Lastly for dinner I have this: rice porridge with chicken and bean spout and some chili.  I ate 2 bowl of this small bowl but eating in increments so I can slow down my eating and get full quicker.

Overall I think I did pretty well today, ate right and healthy did my arms work out yesterday.

 Had 1 scp of this and an apple for breakfast.
 Ate this at around 4ish and another scp of whey standard protein
 I ate this 3 times 12pm, another at 3pm, and last one at 6pm.
 Ate 2 bowl of this at 8ish feeling hungry bowl is SMALL not those big bowl I only had a little rice mostly the soup and the vegi.  Meat is actually pork I know its bad.
 Like every night drink this before I go to bed: 1 scoop.

Overall I did pretty well today and its actually my work out tonight too that is why I had a little rice so I have a little carb to push me a bit.  My work out usually in the morning but I been really busy due to Lunar New Year coming up, so I have to do it at night around 9ish or 10ish.

At this for at 12pm.  A little of white rice, tofu, boil egg I only ate the white threw away the yolk, and some greeny soup.
Ate this at 3pm and 6pm(2 dish).  Chicken breast, broccoli, and baby carrots
Had this for dinner at 9pm.  I know I know its bad just white rice with 1 whole egg and some grounded lean meat.
I had a total of 2 scp of protein powder.  1 in morning and the other one at around 4 ish.  I also had 2 apples along with the 2 drinks.

Drank a scp of this before I sleep its basically Casein.

Overall I did pretty well the whole day except for late at night where I decided to push down the last bowl of rice and egg I feel really bad and horrible.

 Okay so basically I had 2 scp of whey gold standard protein and a banana for breakfast

 About 3 hours later I had 2 small bowl of tofu, egg(onion), and rice.  Total I ate was about half bowl of rice, 2 tofu, and about that amount of eggs.
3 Hours later I had an Apple and 1 scp of Whey Gold standard protein. Then another 1 hour later I had this bowl of noodle looks big but its really small.


Over all today was bad usually I would eat about 2-3 meal with chicken breast and broccoli/spinach. I guess today I wasn't prepare, hopefully tomorrow I will make 2 of this meal and bring with me to work.

Okay its 2011 and I am tired of being overweight I am 21 turning 22 this year and I am overweight, but starting now I will make a change.  a HUGE change, starting now I will change my diet completely eating what is right and exclude what is bad.  My motivation started ever since I saw a clip on youtube staring ice1cube on one of his clip with him and his friend hanhchampion ever since then I knew what to do.  I am currently 5'10 weighing about 235lb last time I weighted myself.  A promise to all that will be following me I will post up what I did and what I eat Daily (I will try my best if things don't get in the way).  Starting tomorrow I will do chest workout and 30 minutes of cardio.
